You asked for University Athletic Association of the Philippines.

Response to Request

With regards to you query, please be informed that as verified from the SEC Database University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Inc. (SEC Registration#0000192838) was registered with this Office in 1991. As of to date, the Audited Financial Statements available in our official records is up to year 2022 only. Further, this Department can provide copies of all the documents you required but it will be through our SEC Express System- an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  The system covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number (02) 8737-8888 to discuss the details of your request and obtain information on the related fees and procedures. 

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days after payment confirmation.
