August 22, 2022 Dear Jorey C. Bacus, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 21, 2022 05:46:36 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Certified True Copy of Official Receipt of your transaction with Geeks and Gadgets Community Corporation. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, may we respectfully suggest that you request a CTC of the official receipt of your personal transaction with Geeks and Gadgets Community Corporation directly from them. Please be advised that the SEC does not require registered entities to submit official receipts, nor will it issue CTC that are not in its official records. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Office of the Commission Secretary thru comsec@sec.gov.ph.
