Hi Ms. Shiena,

Good day to you.

Just to be sure.. I need to directly contact SEC to request the data; and there is a corresponding payment? I think the payment is applicable if I am requesting for FS and the General Information of the company.

However, what I am requesting is just a list, preferably in excel format. 
Please advise.
