Hi! I received a message that I have an overdue loan from Mocamoca lending app. Upon verifying, the number associated with the loan was 09754481202 which was my old unregistered sim card. I lost this simcard last June or July, when I lost my phone as well. I wasn't able to get a screenshot for it was deleted and I would like to inform that last year I was a victim of identity theft and I am afraid that my credentials and government numbers was used for this activity. I am humbly asking for help. They aslo mentioned to access my contact list, gallery and Facebook account.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not accept request without valid ID (govt. issued ID) from the sender.

You have attached your ITR which is not accepted as valid Identification for your request.
