Your Request

You asked for Number of new Corporations 2015-2023.

Response to Request

This refers to your request for the number of new corporations registered with SEC. Are you referring to the retail or wholesale industry?  Kindly refer to the industry classification [https://psa.gov.ph/content/philippine-standard-industrial-classification-psic] to identify the specific entities by industry. You may ask the data to Ms. Josefina Paquiz of the Information Systems Development and Management Division. Kindly note that this request will undergo regular processing, subject to applicable fees.   (https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/#gsc.tab=0/;https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees/#gsc.tab=0), as follows: 
1.     Special Program fee of PhP1,000.00; and
2.     Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.

Details included in the list are the following:
1.     Name of Corporation;
2.     SEC Registration Number;
3.     Date Registered; and
