Good day!
May I seek your assistance to identify if there is a certain association/organization (a group of neighborhoods) allegedly registered under the name of KALINGA PARA SA PAG-UNLAD NG MAYPAJO ROAD 1, 2 ,3 & 4 Assn., Inc., with Sec. Reg. No. 2022090067772-06, located in Brgy. 35, Maypajo, Caloocan City?. May I know how much would it cost to register for an association?.In addition, if a certain group of neighborhoods allegedly registered to the SEC, is the officials of that group have the right to collect money/butaw from the people of that area? is there a law that allows them.Thank you

Please be informed that based on our initial checking, KAPAMARO ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED with acronym KALINGA PARA SA PAG-UNLAD NG MAYPAJO is registered with the Commission under SEC Registration Number 2022090067772-06 on September 12, 2022. You may refer to SEC Memorandum Circular No. 3, Series of 2017 through this link: https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/ for the list of all the fees and charges imposed and collected by the Commission. 

For your query on whether the officials have the right to collect money/butaw from the people around the area, you may request a copy of their registration documents through secexpress.ph and refer to the Corporation’s By-Laws.
