Hello I would like to share my experience with EPERASH LENDING APP. On November 1, 2023 I was in need of cash loan for medication so I applied and waiting for the approval of the said app for P3500. Instead of P3500, it shows that the only amount I can received is P2225 so I don't have a choice but to accept it. A notice in the app appears that the loan has been disburse so I checked my gcash and paymaya. Upon checking, there's no P2225 disbursed in any of my accounts so to my dismayed I send an email asap to customer service. They haven't replied until 7 days and asking me to pay for it.

Thank you for your time and effort in assisting the Commission in our mandate to regulate and supervise lending and financing companies.
