You may request for the list of registered NGOs in Digos City for a fee [https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees/]:
1. Special program fee of PhP1,000.00; and,
2. Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.
Data elements included in the list are:
1. SEC Registration Number;
2. Name of Corporation;
3. Date Registered; and,
4. Address.
For further clarification or to confirm the details of your request, you may coordinate directly with the ICT Department's Ms. Joy Paquiz (mjmpaquiz@sec.gov.ph).
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to comsec@sec.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
