Good day!

I would like to request information regarding the status of Malay Highlanders Foundation, Inc. Said foundation was incorporated and registered with the SEC in the '80s. Its registration still appears in the SEC Express System.

I would like to know if its registration is still valid or if it was revoked or suspended.  We are trying to look at the possibility of reviving the foundation.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 25, 2022 09:52:11 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Based on our initial findings, please be informed that there is a registered entity under the name of Malay Highlanders Foundation Inc. with SEC Registration Number 0000120453. However, due to non-submission of reportorial requirements, its corporate status was revoked. 

You may request for a Certification on the Corporate Status/Information of an entity with our Corporate Filing and Records Division (CFRD) through on-line by sending your letter-request to cfrd_application02@sec.gov.ph The fee for said Certification is in the amount of Five Hundred Thirty Pesos (P530.00). Thank you.
