To whom it may concern,

In my last message I inquired regarding SEC records relating to the Spiritual Filipino Catholic Church (El Bethel Israel) Inc., and thankfully the document in question was found. However prior to the coming of such news, I discovered the existence of another group that possesses the name Spiritual Filipino Catholic Church. The latter group in question, I discovered, was by paper unrelated to one another. As such I wish to inquire once more if there are documents within your archives in relation to the latter group. Thank you.

Dear Christian Jeo Talaguit,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated 30 January 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

In connection with your request, please be informed that as verified from the SEC Database, Spiritual Fil Catholic Church is registered with SEC.  We are providing copy of the details for your reference.  You can get plain or authenticated copies of their Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, Financial Statements and General Information Sheet thru the following options:

1.	Online Document Retrieval System – an online facility that is available for internal users only.  The public can go directly to SEC Head Office to view and print plain copies of documents submitted to SEC.
2.	SEC Express System – alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate and Partnership documents without having to personally come to SEC.  The public can request for plain copies certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC.  It covers the following options:
a.	Online Application – the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
c.	By Appointment – the public may schedule an appointment when to go to SEC to make their request for documents.  The request shall then be accompanied at the appointed date and time.  A maximum of three (3) documents per appointment shall be accommodated.  One-time request in excess of three documents shall be referred to the Online Application and/or Call Center Facility.  All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within three (3) days from the date of payment
