Hi, good day! I'm Hazel Daze A. Flores, a staff of DTI Sarangani tasked with assisting and providing business development interventions to the following MSMEs. May I request for the Business Registration/Certificate Number of the ff. MSMEs:

2. Datal Bila People's Organization (DOLE or SEC Registration)

Response to Request

Your request will undergo regular processing subject to fees. To request for copies of company documents filed with the SEC, you may visit https://secexpress.ph/application-form or contact hotline number (02) 8737-8888 to discuss the details of your request and obtain information on the related fees and procedures. All documents requested through this system will be delivered within five to seven days from confirmation of payment. The list of SEC fees may be found at https://secexpress.ph/service-fees. 

Should you need additional information/clarification, you may coordinate with ICT Department's Ms. Josefina Paquiz through mjmpaquiz@sec.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to comsec@sec.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
