2. List of accredited NPOs in Region 12.
3. Number of NPOs per sector in Philippines and in Region 12.

You asked for List of Accredited NPOs in the Philippines & Region 12.

With regards to your request for List of Accredited NPOs in the Philippines and in Region 12, please be informed that you may ask the data to Ms. Josefina Paquiz of the Information Systems Development and Management Division.  Kindly take note that this request will undergo regular processing, subject to applicable fees. (https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/; https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees), as follows:
1.     Special Program fee of PhP1,000.00; and
2.     Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.

1.     Name of Corporation;
2.     SEC Registration Number;
3.     Date Registered; and
