Hi, I would like to request information about Flexfuel Petroleum Corporation with SEC Registration Number CS201951628 and Emerald Shores Boracay Inc. with SEC Registration Number 2021120036237-07.

1. Do they have "Secondary License" to accept an investment / to sell shares? Or do they applied for a secondary license that is still on process or pending with your commission?

2. If they do apply or if they have pending application, what is the exact date of application and exact approval date of their license?
