Hello,
I would like to ask how to formally file a complaint against Online Lending applications. I believe they do not follow SEC's policies and regulations in regard to operating lending companies. They will lure you more to apply on their other lending app to repay current debt, and will give hope to give higher amounts with longer term, but will never happen. I opted not to pay them due to harrassments and even hacking my phone contacts and sending them reminders even if they were not my contact references in the application. this is a viaolation of cybercrime. Appreciate your help.
