You asked for General Information Sheet of the Atlanta Centre Condominium Corporation.

Response to Request

Kindly be informed that as verified from SEC Database Atlanta Centre Condominium Corporation (SEC Reg# A200115574) was registered with this Office in 2001. As to your query for General Information Sheet, please be informed further that this Department can provide copies of all GIS received during the period you required but it will be through our SEC Express System-an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days from the date of payment.
