1. Detailed layout plan and floor plan for the existing building of the House of Hope Foundation, Incorporation at Region 10

2. Detailed layout plan and floor plan of any existing Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center in the Philippines.

3. Three or more Layouts or floor plans of the existing  Mental Rehabilitation Center in Mindanao.

4. Master Site Development Plan of the House of Hope Foundation Region 10

5. Master Site Development Plan of any existing Psychiatric or Mental Rehabilitation center

You asked for an existing Layout and Floorplan for The House of Hope Foundation Incorporation in Regio. 

Kindly be informed that our Department, Company Registration and Monitoring Department (CRMD), do not secure physical layout and floorplan of the said foundation. What we cater is the registration and monitoring of corporations in reference with their Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and reportorial requirements such as General Information Sheets and Financial Statements. 

We suggest that you may directly coordinate or inquire with the House of Hope Foundation Incorporation about your request.
