We are conducting a study on the performance of government financial institutions (GFI) in the Philippines. With this, we are requesting for digital copies or dataset of year-end financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) of these GFIs for the period 1990 to 2007:

1) Land Bank of the Philippines
2) Development Bank of the Philippines

You asked for Financial Statements (BS and IS) of Land Bank and DBP.

Response to Request

We regret to inform you that we have no data regarding Financial Statement of Land Bank of the Philippines and Development Bank of the Philippines.  We can only provide copy of their submitted General Information Sheet and the Quarterly Report.

Should you decide to request for a copy of the said GIS and Quarterly Report, you may proceed to the SEC Express System an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days after payment confirmation.
