Hi SEC,

May I request for an update regarding the status of Abra Mining's suspension? The company has been on trading suspension for the past seven months, and yet we haven't heard anything from the SEC. What are your plans to help those who are caught in the middle of this legal battle, like those stockholders, who know nothing about the unlisted shares that were traded by the company? Can you provide a timeline on when the issue can be resolved? Your urgent response would be highly appreciated.

Regards,

Jay
