You may register using our agency's Online Submission Tool.

Up to date, we do not entertain face-to-face transactions.

ONLINE SUBMISSION TOOL

Step 1: Enroll at the Online Submission Tool through this link: 
https://www.sec.gov.ph/online-services/sec-online-submission-tool/
Click Enroll as Company and type the SEC Registration No. of your company

https://cifss-ost.sec.gov.ph/user/login (please use the email address INDICATED in the company’s GIS and put an alternate email address on the first page of the GIS)

Step 2: Search “MC 28 Annex D” and fill up.

Step 3: Open this link: https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc28-submission-portal/
Merge MC 28 Annex D with screenshot of confirmation from email (pdf file) then upload at the MC 28 portal.
Please be noted that the MC 28 should be notarized.

Step 4: After accomplishing the MC 28, click the Secretary Certificate at the bottom part of the SEC Online Submission Tool.
Fill up the necessary details.
The Secretary Certificate should be notarized.

Step 5: Upload the Secretary Certificate

Step 6: Wait for an email confirmation from the Securities and Exchange Commission.
