This refers to your request for information regarding:
1. SOLID WASTE MGT. ASSN. OF THE PHILS. INC. (SEC Registration #A200006764) and;
2. ECOLOGICAL WASTE COALITION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (SEC Registration #CN200510770) Kindly be informed that all the information you required pertaining to the associations can be found from the General Information Sheet which can be requested per company through SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://sec-express.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number (02) 8737-8888 to discuss the details of your request and obtain information on the related fees and procedures.
