I would like to request a list of operational businesses in the City of Manila that primarily sell milk tea from November 13, 2021 to December 13, 2021 for research purposes, please. 

This list is essential to us as it will help us identity the proper number of respondents for our paper and who to interview.

Requests for the preparation of reports, company listings, and related information on SEC-registered entities are subject to the payment of processing fees stated in SEC MC No. 3 (s. 2017) (https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/; https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees), as follows:

Special Program fee of PhP1,000.00; and
Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.
 
Details included in the list are the following:
Name of Corporation;
SEC Registration Number;
Date Registered; and
Company Address.

Your right to request a review
