June 17, 2020 Dear Ma. Sophia, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 17, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Risk Management of Securities and Exchange Commission. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to resubmit your request as we are still missing from you some vital information. Please ensure that, in addition to all the mandatory fields, you also fill out the fields pertaining to <the risk areas covered in your request>. Nevertheless, we have an IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan to secure our mission-critical systems along with other information systems to support our operations, together with internal governance mechanisms relating to the use of our ICT resources. Since our various work units also process documents containing personal information of data subjects, our regular employees, contract of service personnel, consultants and external IT solutions providers are covered by a Confidentiality Undertaking. However, these documents and the information contained therein are not intended for public use.
