Thank you for your request dated Apr 01, 2020 01:54:40 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

In connection with your request for the copy of Financial Statement, please be informed that you can get a plain or authenticated copy of the documents thru SEC Online Application and the Call Center Facility under the SEC Express System.
