Hi! I would like to ask if there is possibly a list of Public Utility companies undergoing IPO through issuing shares to the public over the counter (OTC) instead of publicly listing with the PSE. One example I was able to search was Tarlac Electric, but I wanted to know if there are others.

As of today, 08 June 2022, TARLAC ELECTRIC, INC. is the only Public Utility Company registered with the Commission to issue shares to the public through OTC.
