You asked for Midland Operators And Drivers Transport Organization's List of Incorporators, Constitution and By-Laws.

We note that you did not provide a copy of your valid ID (or your passport, as claimed in your FOI registration).  Specifically, you attached a screenshot of an Inquirer article re:  "Grab buys Uber; PCC sets review" dated 27 March 2018.

Although Filipino citizens can make an FOI Request, as a matter of policy, however, requestors are required to present proof of identification.  The government agencies need to verify the identity of requesting parties to avoid requests from fictitious persons. 

Nevertheless, we can provide you with our publicly-disseminated information on how to obtain copies of company registration documents and reports submitted to the SEC, which shall undergo regular processing subject to applicable fees.
