A group called Kaharian ng Maharlika Tribong Tagalog has been actively recruiting members in Puerto Princesa. They claim to be SEC registered. Is this true? What are they registered as?

They claim to be a foundation for indigenous people, but it feels like a cult/pyramid scam of some sorts since new members should recruit 25 more.
