Hi,
I will like to request information of a corporation if still existing or active as I check on SEC Website , last filing of Annual FS and GID is 2021.
And as I visit thier office address the company is no longer there and no one have idea where they transfer or are they still operational .
This is to support the filing of dismissal of my lawyer to my case.
I am single parent and 4 kids and as much as I wanted to close the case .

I want to check if the said company submit an affidavit of no operation .

You may request for a Certification on the Corporate Status/Information of an entity with our Corporate Filing and Records Division (CFRD) through on-line by sending your letter-request to cfrd_application02@sec.gov.ph The fee for said Certification is in the amount of Five Hundred Thirty Pesos (P530.00).
