Hi! I’m BSA 4th year student, studying at the University of the Philippines Visayas. If possible, we’d like to request a list of companies that went bankrupt recently. We prefer to have those companies that have available financial statements online, as we will need the info for our paper in Advanced Accounting course.

You asked for List of Bankrupt Companies in 2023.

Response to Request

This refers to your request for list of companies that filed for bankruptcy.  While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

However, for further queries, you may directly inquire with our Company Registration and Monitoring Department - Compliance and Monitoring Division for companies that filed dissolution.  You may send email to crmd_publicassistance@sec.gov.ph or you may reach them at 8818-2886 for your concern.
