Your Request
You asked for the List of Registered Establishments in Tandag City (both online and in-person), specifically, the available historical data on Philippine MSMEs registered in Tandag City, Surigao del Sur in MS Excel format, including the following details:
-Total gross revenues, expenses and income by type/size (i.e., Micro, Small, Medium) and the
-List of Government Assistance available/offered for/to MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic
Response to Request
We do not classify firms according to size either in terms of assets or the number of employees. As such, do not have data on MSMEs. Nevertheless, you may request for the list of registered entities located in Tandag City, Surigao. This will undergo regular processing, subject to applicable fees.
Requests for the preparation of reports, company listing and related information on SEC-registered entities requires payment of processing fees as stated in SEC MC No. 3 s.2017 (https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/; https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees), as follows:
-Special program fee of PhP1,000.00; and,
-Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute
The details included in the list are the following:
-Name of Corporation;
-SEC Registration Number;
-Date Registered; and
-Company Address.

As for information on the assistance provided to MSMEs, you may want to conduct independent research on this as we also do not have the related information, particularly that the same involves different government agencies, at the national and local government levels.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to comsec@gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
