You asked for Coca Cola Philippines audited financial statements 2022.

Response to Request

With regards to your query, please be informed that as verified from the SEC Database, there is a registered entity under the name of Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc, with SEC Registration #0000098792 that amend its name to Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc on Dec. 27, 2018. As of to date, the latest Audited Financial Statements available in our official records is for the period 2021.

Should you decide to request for a copy of the said AFS, you may proceed through SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents by logging in at  [https://www.sec.gov.ph/online-services/sec-express-system/#gsc.tab=0].  The system covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number (02) 8737-8888 to discuss the details of your request and obtain information on the related fees and procedures. 

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days after payment confirmation.
