You asked for Figaro Coffee Group, Inc. and Subsidiary — Consolidated AFS for Fiscal Year Ended June 30 2019-2020.

Response to Request

With regards to your query for Consolidated Financial Statements of Figaro Coffee Group, Inc. from June 30, 2019 to 2020, kindly be informed that this Office can provide copies  of AFS received during the period you required but it will be through our SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
