We would like to respectfully request a copy of SEC's Decision on the issue of foreign ownership of Majestics Energy Corporation (MEC) which was referred to SEC by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC).  In the  ERC letter to MEC dated June 11, 2018, ERC advised the denial of MEC's application of FIT COC due to MEC's failure to comply with foreign ownership requirements.
