1. Financial Statements of BPO Companies from 2018-2023 
2. Total No. of BPO Employees in the Philippines from 2018-2023
3. Breakdown of Total No. of Employees from 2018-2023 in the Philippines ( Per Region and Per Provinces/City/HUC
4. List of BPO Companies from 2018-2023 (If possible ranked in terms of revenue)

All the data will be used as indicators in the estimation activities of Philippine Statistics Authority.

Response to Request

This refers to your inquiry on the following:
1. Financial Statements of BPO Companies from 2018-2023 
2. Total No. of BPO Employees in the Philippines from 2018-2023
3. Breakdown of Total No. of Employees from 2018-2023 in the Philippines ( Per Region and Per Provinces/City/HUC
4. List of BPO Companies from 2018-2023 (If possible ranked in terms of revenue)

We have a publication of Top 1000 Corporations. Our latest publication covers the FY 2019 Directory of The Philippines’ Top 1000 Corporations (by Gross Revenue)

You may directly inquire with our Economic Research and Training Department (ERTD) through Ms. Ma. Theresa Bersabal (mtmbersabal@sec.gov.ph) for the list of entities engaged in Call Centers and other related activities that are included in the Top 1000 Corporations, data elements (financial and non-financial) and the appropriate fees.

However, we do not have data on the number of employees. Those information can be found in the General Information Sheet (GIS) and Audited Financial Statements (AFS) which can be requested per company though the SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days after payment confirmation.
