Good day!

I would like to ask how can I file a case against kuyaloan lending. I got harassment from them and accesses even my facebook profile followers and threaten me to message them kung hindi pa ako magbabayad. They even told me na SCAMMER ako and nakakareceive ako ng mga mura. I found out also they accessed my calendar and put reminders to it. I am trying to reach out to NBI Cybercrime division on what to do. Also it seems di sila SEC-registered.

Can you guide me what other steps should I take for them to file a case for libel and other criminal charges? Thank you.
