Hi! I found the name Jerome Pavon included in the leaked documents of Panama Papers that have an offshore company in British Virgin Island incorporated in November 2015 (https://offshoreleaks.icij.org/nodes/12201601). I would like to ask if Mr. Jerome Pavon also has a registered company in the Philippines? If yes, may I know the name of the company? Thank you!

It seems that the proposed deadline of the response is now past. I would like to ask, does this mean that Jerome Pavon don't have company or atleast affiliated to any SEC registered company in the Philippines?

You asked for If Jerome Lim Pavon has a SEC registered company in the Philippines.
Response to Request
This refers to your request for information to determine if certain Mr. Jerome Pavon is affiliated or associated with a registered company in the Philippines. Based on our operational scheme, said request is considered a "reverse search" and certain guidelines are being followed in compliance with the Data Privacy Act. Stipulated on the guidelines that in the letter request the identity of the requester and the purpose of the request must be indicated. Said request will be endorsed to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) for review and subjected for approval. In case you shall be granted, a letter response will be prepared and will be transmitted to you for reference.
We apologize for the late response and we are hoping that the cited procedures are clear on your end which is based on prescribed guidelines and provision of the law.
