We would like to inquire if EQUATION SOLUTIONS INC registered with SEC in 1999 is 1) an active status corporation, 2) authorized to accept investments (According to their business presentation, this is termed "PLACEMENT CAPITAL". 

Reportedly, the company is into FUND MANAGEMENT and introduced their new Program called CAPITAL ASSOCIATE PROGRAM where members are enticed to  shell out PLACEMENT CAPITAL starting at P50,000.00. The PLACEMENT CAPITAL maturing at the end of the month will earn of 60% of the amount placed. Moreover, they provide REFERRAL BONUS of 5% of the amount placed.
