I would like to request for this document because I have a loan that they not released I almost paid 30k for the deposit but they insisted that my account is frozen and need to pay again.

You asked for Wellfund loans and credit corp articles.

Response to Request

With regards to your query, kindly be informed that Wellfund Loans and Credit Corp. was registered with this Office in 2017.  You may request copy of the said Articles of Incorporation using SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number (02) 8737-8888 to discuss the details of your request and obtain information on the related fees and procedures. 

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days after payment confirmation.
