Just want to clarify Sec Advisory dated Oct 30, 2018. Forex Trading is Illegal in PH.

Is it illegal for a Filipino residing in PH to engage in Forex Trading using legal foreign-registered brokers? There is no solicitation of money, broker is not PH based. Is this punishable by law?

If so, may I know the law that is violated in engaging Forex Trading?
