Thank you for your request dated Jun 23, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Abra mining stock suspension.

We received your request on Jun 23, 2021 and will respond on or before Jul 14, 2021 02:14:48 AM, in accordance with the Executive Order's implementing rules and regulations.

This will be referred to the department in charge of the matter. Please note, however, that if a company is subject of administrative proceedings, we cannot release any information as the request will fall under the Inventory of Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2 s. 2016, particularly Sections 7(e) and 7(f), as follows:

7. Records of proceedings or information from proceedings which, pursuant to law or relevant rules and regulations, are treated as confidential or privileged, including but not limited to the following:

e. Result of examinations made by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the operations, books and records of any corporation, and all interrogatories propounded by it and answers thereto;

Response to Request

Please be informed that there is pending administrative proceedings involving Abra Mining with our Department. However, since the administrative proceedings are ongoing, we cannot release any further information on the matter.

Please note that such information will fall under the Inventory of Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2 s. 2016, particularly Sections 7(e) and 7(f), to wit:
