Dear Sir,

Reference to the SEC Order dated 31 January 2020, in the matter of DV Boer Farm International Corporation, where there is a mention of 578 investors.  I would like to inquire if my name "Seve Barnett R. Oliveros" is included in the list.  

Also, I would like to inquire if the penalty as stipulated by law is  per investor or per paiwi slot availed.  I myself have availed 4 slots, and I know other investors have availed multiple slots as well and on different programs.
