With regards to your query, please be informed that as verified from the SEC database, Aim Global and Empowered Consumerism are registered with SEC, however for further verification, kindly contact the Company Registration and Monitoring Department at telephone numbers (+63)8818-9225, (+63)8818-0763 and (+63)8818-5554 or you may send email to crmd_publicassistance@sec.gov.ph.

Also, kindly be informed that you may request copy of the their Articles of Incorporation using SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
