Your Request

You asked for List of Registered Companies in the Philippines.

Response to Request

This refers to your request for  List of Registered Companies in the Philippines. Are you referring to the retail or wholesale industry?  Kindly refer to the industry classification [https://psa.gov.ph/content/philippine-standard-industrial-classification-psic] to identify the specific activity. You may request for the list of registered entities by industry to Ms. Josefina Paquiz of the Information Systems Development and Management Division. Kindly take note that this request will undergo regular processing, subject to applicable fees. 1.     Special Program fee of PhP1,000.00; and
2.     Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.

Details included in the list are the following:
1.     Name of Corporation;
2.     SEC Registration Number;
3.     Date Registered; and
4.     Company Address.

As to the financial data of a certain company you may request copy of the Annual Audited Financial Statement of a registered corporation through SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days from the date of payment.
