Hi! I would like to check the business reputation of ARKO-CJA Realty and PVM Property Management Services.  We are about to buy a property in Magallanes, Cavite being sold by ARKO-CJA Realty and being owned/developed by PVM Property Management Services.  I just want to know their legitimacy and legality in this kind of business that they are doing and to know if there are any bad reputation as recorded.

I also want to know if it is legal for them to sell parcels of land in Magallanes, Cavite.
