I would like to ask if "Visionary Tycoon Empire Corp." has a secondary license to sell investments. Because they are encouraging the public to invest on their platform with the following packages;

Silver = 5,000.00
Gold = 10,000.00 (free 5 accounts)

Based on our initial findings, please be informed that there is a registered entity under the name of Visionary Tycoon Empire Corporation with SEC Registration Number CS202103233 registered on March 17, 2021 with a business activity of Retail of General Merchandise of goods and services only.  

You may request for a Certification on the Corporate Status/Information of an entity with our Corporate Filing and Records Division (CFRD) through on-line by sending your letter-request to cfrd_application02@sec.gov.ph 

With regards to request for copies of any corporate records on file with the Commission, we advise that you access the SEC Express System at secexpress.ph or call them at (02) 8737-8888.
