Your Request

You asked for Audited Financial Statement of Nabaja Land Corporation.

Response to Request

This refers to your request for Audited Financial Statement of Nabaja Land Corporation. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. As of to date, the only available reports in our official records is the General Information Sheet (GIS) for the year 2022. 

Should you decide to request for a copy of the said GIS, you may proceed to the SEC Express System an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days after payment confirmation.
