Assistance to check the validity of online loan application and to confirm if their interest and penalties are in accordance to the law. And to help me for reach their Right Company Addresses to file a settlement for my previous obligations.
* Assistance for my grace period extension and right draft of legal promissory note if these lending corporations are licensed though if its not im still willing to pay my dues.
*Please understand that i just got scammed twice and funds resources is thight an I dont want to settle to a wrong person/lending company for both parties protection.

Response to Request
Please be informed that PesoQ is the registered online lending platform of U-Peso Lending Investors Corp. with SEC Registration No. CS201816691and Certificate of Authority to Operate as a Lending Company (CA) No. 2739.
With respect to Fast Cast Online Loan Platform, we would like to seek clarification on the correct spelling of the same, or if it refers "fastcash". If such, may we know on which particular lending or financing company you are referring to as there are several lending and financing companies with “fastcash” in its corporate name. You may send your response and request for assistance to cgfd_md@sec.gov.ph.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Commission Secretary at comsec@sec.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
