ILLEGAL DEBT COLLECTION

Requested from SEC by A. Corpin at 05:33 PM on Aug 04, 2022.
Purpose: I would like to pay only the amount that I get to them. 500+ interest daily is unreasonable.
Date of Coverage: 03/01/2022 - 08/01/2022
Tracking no: #SEC-342584717647

Corpin 05:33 PM, Aug 04, 2022

I would like to ask if CASHMART PH is legally regitered by sec and dti? This lending company is harassing my family to the point that they are willing to make scandalous scene in my neighborhood just to pay the 6k debt that goes to 22k plus in just 4 months. They also threatened me to go the barangay office to make the settlement there. They also insist to pay the whole payment within the day and if not, they will give you un notarized demand letter with their in house "lawyer"
