I would like to report an online investment company Ecommshares.world they have scammed thousands of investors in the country. They promised us to gain 3% daily income for 60days.  They have shut their website recently and our investments have been taken away and not recieved back

You wanted to report an alleged online Ponzi scam by Ecommshares.

Response to Request

If the company is deemed engaged in the offering/selling of unregistered  securities without the requisite secondary license or involves an investment scam, you may report the matter directly to the Enforcement and Investor Protection Department at epd@sec.gov.ph or call  02 8818 6337. 

Kindly be ready to provide the relevant details and/or supporting documents regarding your transaction with the company.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to comsec@sec.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
