Hello, 

Can you please give us a detailed guide on how to capture the minutes of meeting in a non-profit corporation (condominium association)?
What should be included and what should not be or not necessary included?

We have previous exeprience with our condominium association (Midori at Zuri Condominium Association, Inc. 
Registration Number: 2021100029096-02) that officers omit details especially if the statement during the meeting comes from a member they do not favor or disilke. We are unable to file a complaint because we cannot afford.
