Hi, I know there was already a similar request from other persons requesting or asking about secondary license of RL AGGREGATES AND DIVERSIFIED LENDING GROUP INC and that the company has no secondary license yet, may I know if the company has pending or ongoing applications on their secondary license? they are claiming that their secondary license is on process and is waiting for final approval.

You asked for Secondary License Application of RL AGGREGATES AND DIVERSIFIED LENDING GROUP INC.

Response to Request

Please be informed the RL Aggregates and Diversified Lending Group Inc. is a registered company with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). It has a certificate of authority to operate as a lending company only.

As to whether it has a secondary license to solicit money or investments from the public, please be informed that it DOES NOT have a permit and neither does it have a pending application with the SEC to process this permit.
